Because I’m African and Dutch, I grew up with different cultures.

But growing up in a predominantly white environment made me struggle with my identity.

Art has always been an expression for me from early years on. And in school I developed a love for illustration.

By shaping my style and embracing my roots, I started creating designs that are showing an appreciation for the black community.

But also the little things in life that are important and joyable”.
